I help others take the overwhelm out of nutrition and take a root cause approach to health. With so much information out there, it can be overwhelming and frustrating knowing where to start. Or maybe you’ve tried all of the fad diets and trends, but still don’t seem to be feeling better.
I get it.
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and thyroid condition, I felt really lost on how to support my health.

Your story probably sounds a lot like mine.
From being diagnosed with a chronic illness and autoimmune disorder (hyperthyroidism and Graves’ disease), trying to navigate new symptoms and treatment options, and feeling super overwhelmed with all the information available.
Some days I struggled just making it through, let alone sticking to a healthy lifestyle.
That’s why my approach centers around sustainable long-term changes. I believe by making small steps and simple swaps, you can accomplish far more than through extreme dieting.
After figuring out that small steps were the way to go, I slowly developed a passion for health and wellness. I wanted to help others reduce their symptoms and get to the root cause of their symptoms.
So, I decided to go back to school to gain a deeper understanding of the body and the best evidenced-based practices.
