Iron Boosting Smoothie
Low iron can be common among women, especially if you have heavy periods. Enjoy this iron-boosting smoothie to help boost those iron levels naturally!

Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 cup strawberries
3 TBSP. hemp seeds
3/4 cup water
1 TBSP. beetroot powder
1 TBSP. cacao powder
1/2 TBSP. blackstrap molasses
handful of spinach
Directions
Blend together water and hemp hearts first until well blended.
Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
Tip: Make this a complete meal by adding protein powder or enjoying it alongside a protein rich breakfast.
