Iron Boosting Smoothie

Low iron can be common among women, especially if you have heavy periods. Enjoy this iron-boosting smoothie to help boost those iron levels naturally!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 3 TBSP. hemp seeds

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1 TBSP. beetroot powder

  • 1 TBSP. cacao powder

  • 1/2 TBSP. blackstrap molasses

  • handful of spinach


Directions

  1. Blend together water and hemp hearts first until well blended.

  2. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!

Tip: Make this a complete meal by adding protein powder or enjoying it alongside a protein rich breakfast.
