Nettle Tea Infusion
Nettles are rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and other nutrients that help to replenish minerals, balance hormones, and support energy.

Ingredients
4 TBSP. dried loose leaf nettle leaf
32 oz. cold filtered water
Large glass mason jar
Mesh strainer or cheesecloth
Lemon and honey, optional
Other Optional add- ins: see list below
Directions
In mason jar, mix together cold water and loose leaf nettle leaves. Shake or stir well to mix thoroughly.
Allow to sit in fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
Using mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain tea leaves out of liquid.
Add lemon and honey to taste if desired.
Enjoy 6-8 oz. daily. Can enjoy hot or cold depending on your preference.
*Makes 4-5 servings.
Tip: Add in other herbs depending on your desired goals.
